Track Meeting on Tuesday 9/22 during lunch in the GYM, all returning athletes need to attend. Anyone who is interesting in coming out for track should plan on attending to get preseason conditioning information. If you are unable attend stop by and see coach Sluder in C-36 or coach Godfrey in E-5
Not doing a fall or winter sport…and want to get a early start on your conditioning. Check out the after school speed and agility class, see coach Godfrey or coach Sluder for more information. The class will focus on improving your speed, quickness, and over all athletic performance.
